Installation method for aluminum single panel curtain wall:

1. Marking lines: Based on the axis and elevation lines of the main structure, accurately mark the installation positioning lines for the supporting framework back onto the main structure according to design requirements, providing a basis for installing the framework.

2. Install connectors: Fix the connectors to the embedded parts welded to the main structure. If there are no embedded iron parts in the main structure, holes can be drilled in the main structure to fix expansion bolts and connecting iron.

3. Install the framework: Based on the marked lines, accurately fix the rust-treated steel framework to the connectors using welding or bolts. During the installation process, confirm the elevation and centerline position at all times. For large area and high exterior wall aluminum curtain wall frameworks, use measuring instruments and plumb lines to measure and calibrate the position, ensuring the framework is vertical and flat.

4. Install aluminum panels: Use rivets or bolts to securely fix the polished aluminum alloy panels to the steel framework in blocks. To adjust installation errors, leave a gap of 10 to 15mm between the panels.

5. Panel seam treatment: The gaps between aluminum panels can be compressed with rubber bands or waterproofed with elastic materials such as silicone sealant.

6. Expansion joint treatment: The expansion joints of the aluminum curtain wall should meet design requirements. The treatment of expansion joints generally involves pressing a flexible neoprene molding strip onto the joint anchor to serve the purpose of connection and sealing.

7. Curtain wall sealing treatment: Carry out facade treatment of the curtain wall according to design requirements, using edge polished panels made of aluminum to cover all square hangers, connecting clips, and anchors. Joints installed on the wall panels can also be connected with bolts to ensure aesthetics.

8. Clean the surface of the floor slab: Remove protective coverings from the slab surface and clean the slab.
